Tavily and Exa are both genuinely free, no card: Tavily gives 1,000 searches/month (tavily.com), Exa gives 20,000/month (exa.ai). Google Custom Search is confirmed, directly against Google's own current documentation, closed to new customers — only include it if you already have prior access.
